The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has published draft regulatory instruments on its website www.ncc.gov.ng for stakeholders’ comments in respect of “Registration of Telephone Subscribers Regulations; SIM Replacement Guidelines; and Spectrum Trading Guidelines.

Interested stakeholders are by this notice invited to make written submissions on the subject and participate in the Public Inquiries,” said Director of Public Affairs, Dr. Ikechukwu Adinde, in an official statement by the NCC.

Public Inquiries on the Draft Registration of Telephone Subscribers Regulations, SIM Replacement Guidelines and The Spectrum Trading Guidelines.

The Nigerian Communications Commission in exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 (the Act) has published the following draft regulatory instruments on its website www.ncc.gov.ng for stakeholders’ comments:

  1. Registration of Telephone Subscribers Regulations;
  2. SIM Replacement Guidelines;
  3. Spectrum Trading Guidelines

In accordance with Section 57 of the Act, Public Inquiries in respect of the above mentioned draft regulatory instruments have been scheduled to hold virtually at 11.00am on the dates stated in the table below;
