Cisco, the worldwide leader in networking, communication and collaboration, said it has completed its acquisition of TANDBERG, a global leader in video communications, to offer higher quality video conferencing solutions over lower bandwidth.

This transaction, and the consequent creation of an extensive combined product portfolio, accelerates Cisco’s vision of changing the way people communicate and collaborate by delivering simple, unique collaboration experiences for customers in Nigeria.
