To bring the market closer home and have consumers received their orders in realtime, within hours; Nigeria’s online merchant site Efritin.com has launched its ‘Buy Now’ solution.
‘Buy Now’ enables quick, safe, easy and free delivery on items purchased on the site within 24 hours. The waiting time in Nigeria’s fast growing online marketplace is between two days to five days.
The ‘Buy Now’ solution means customers may have their orders as they click. The service comes at no extra cost.
“The launch of Buy Now is a reinforcement of Efritin’s commitment to creating sustainable value for users and their communities,” said Public Relations & Activation Manager at Efritin.com, Yvonne Anoruo.
“Products that are eligible for the BuyNow service include mobile phones, home appliances, clothing & fashion and beauty products among others. Buy Now as a service of the firms gives you access to a variety of your favourite items in one place including mobile phones, electronic gadgets, and home appliances among others.
“With more sellers directly on Efritin, the opportunity is enhanced for you to buy your items on Efritin with just the click of a button and above all, you enjoy free delivery to your doorstep,” said Anoruo.
Anoruo explainsed how the process work thus: “to use ‘Buy Now’ service is very simple, Click on the Buy Now button on the item you want to purchase and fill in your details. Efritin would then call you to arrange a delivery time. Efritin picks up the item from the seller and delivers it to you for free within 24 hours.You inspect the item and pay for it if you’re satisfied.”
She said over 2000 transactions have been completed and delivered to users across Nigeria through the BuyNow service.
