Digital Marketing Unboxed set to hold in Lagos to demystify digital skills for businesses

Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital will be hosting the 3rd edition of the annual Digital Marketing Unboxed event which is focused on demystifying digital skills for businesses across verticals to accelerate their productivity at an auspicious time as this when digital technology holds sway. The event is scheduled to hold at NECA House, Hakeem Balogun Street, Ikeja, Lagos on the 10th of March, 2018.

The role of digital technology in improving human lives and business productivity cannot be over emphasized; both quantitatively and qualitatively it has been very transformational.

Although, Nigeria and indeed Africa still lags behind in the world’s digital inclusiveness, the event seeks to further help in bridging this gap as it will be focusing on a wide range of topics which include “Finding Your Competitive Advantage in the Digital Age”— This topic will explore various strategies and tools businesses/individuals can explore/implement to make their brands standout in the digital age.

Others are “Understanding Predictive Marketing for Making Smarter Business Decisions” which will break down into simple bits the various aspects of data science and how you can use that knowledge to make smarter business decisions.

The third session with the topic “Winning with Content” will cover the complete range of content marketing and strategy whilst looking at what the future holds when it comes to content and how businesses can leverage on those insights.

While the fourth session with the topic “Optimizing your Website for Better Business Results” is a practical analytical session where the facilitator will run an optimization test on various websites (some participants’ websites inclusive), dishing out tips and insights on how best to position those websites for better business results.

Scheduled to speak at the event are seasoned technology professionals with deep insight and knowledge in the digital technology sphere. They include Olusegun Oruame, a technology analyst and founder of Knowhow Media; Keenan Beasley, the co-founder and managing partner of BlkBox; Daniel Iyam, the founder and creative director of Iyam Media and Miriam Imoroa, founder and creative director of Cedarfield Design.
